We take all complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about the way we have conducted your business then please contact the Compliance Officer of Hayward Aviation Limited, either in writing at our address or by telephone on +44 (0)20 7902 7800. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and deal with it in accordance with our complaints procedure. If we are unable to settle your complaint with us you may be entitled, under certain circumstances, to refer it to Lloyds of London and/or the Financial Ombudsman Scheme.
