After many years experience Norman has finally hung up his pen and filed his final claim.

30th September 2004 saw the end of an era when one of the founding members of Hayward Aviation Limited retired.

Norman had been in the insurance market since joining Cayzer Irvine in 1962. Initially dealing with Marine Hull claims and Non-Marine schemes.

In 1966 he became the Claims Manager and remained so during the companies transition from Cayzer Seear to finally Cayzer Steel Bowater Group where he became a divisional director.

Norman was one of the founder members of Hayward Aviation Limited in 1992 and has always been a hard-working individual with great organisational skills. Norman was also well known and respected in the aviation market and will be missed by all his colleagues.

Amongst his interests are a great love of Cricket and he should become a fixture at various cricket grounds around Kent,.
