Today, we received a flying visit from superhero "Iron Man". As you can see from the accompanying photo, he had taken a day off from fighting crime and was raising money on behalf of the "Children in Need" campaign.

We would like to say a big thank-you, therefore, to Hayward's employee Steve Campbell for arranging this for us. We look forward to finding out how much he raised for the charities.

We were delighted to receive news today that Steve was able to raise £187 over the course of the day. He has already entered this contribution and, at the time of writing. the 2009 "Children in Need" donations exceed £20.3m.
