Hayward Aviation Fly Smart campaign continues, focussing on the need to be aware of other pilots in the increasingly congested airspace above us.

In the increasingly busy airspace above us, a pilot can no longer simply "look after No 1" and ignore other aircraft and users of airspace. Articles and news items in all the GA publications repeatedly report stories of incidents and accidents and in many cases more than 1 pilot / aircraft / airspace user is involved.

It is essential therefore that all airspace users consider all the options when planning a flight and during operation. By considering all the options from a pro-active risk management mentality the flying environment will become safer for all airspace users.
