A review of accident reports frequently refers to "what should have been done". That Worst Day, published by Flyer magazine and sponsored by Hayward Aviation Ltd regularly focussed on the lessons that can be learnt from accidents and the poor decisions which are made at the time.

The second Flysmart poster simply asks "Is Maybe OK?" We strongly urge pilots to consider all the possibilities and potential risks. Unless you can answer every challenge decisively (and positively), then perhaps an alternative option should be considered. Maybe isn't OK.
